Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!

What an amazing place to stay in the city of Kuala Lumpur! The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is super clean and tidy and well located to be within walking distance to the Towers and train stations. The hotel restaurant is a really lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee overlooking views of the city below. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting KL for business or leisure !

A wonderful stay at a new hotel. The rooms were super clean, airy and had a great view. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. Nothing was too much trouble to cook fresh items for you. The pool is also worth visiting for a dip and a relax. The staff certainly made the experience. They were all friendly and helpful. Clean and modern. Lovely staff. We had a power cut during our stay which meant no breakfast first morning. We were only there two nights. Breakfast the next day was so good, we were even more disappointed that we’d missed it the day before. The only negatives I would say is that no reparations were made for missing breakfast and the air conditioning was not very cold. Apart from that, it was great.
