Everything was nice except two staff . The lady manager sent somebody inside to check water pipe without to let me know. And the staff of maintenance was in front of my entrance door for more than an hour and i was able to feel i disturb him that i am still in my room. I paid to be in that room and was only fir one night... then staff who opened me the doir and help me with my luggages. He started to ask me if i arrive from east tower from another rental company. The serviced suites are the best location for those coming from Singapore by bus, as the bus stops right in front of the adjacent Berjaya Times Square Hotel (also, buses going to SG pick up passengers here). There's a pool, gym, sauna and steam room you can use. Also, there's a mall below. The mall is connected to Imbi LRT station, so it's really convenient. One station away is Bukit Bintang, where you can find malls like Farenheit 88, KL Pavilion and Isetan, among others. From KL Pavilion, it's less than 10 minutes away to KLCC/KL City Park and Petronas Towers via an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway. Most of all, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Ms Agnes, in particular, has been particularly delightful! Thank you, Times!
