Upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly and did not seem to enjoy their job and where only interested in checking us in, not answering any questions we had.
The standard queen size room was perfect for one person but would be too cramped for a couple, as there was barely enough room to walk around the bed and absolutely no space to store any luggage.
The rooms where cleaned daily and towels replaced daily, which made the small bathroom a bit more bearable as all the water was wiped down off all the surfaces. The entire bathroom was the shower which meant every time you had a shower, everything got wet (including the toilet)
The walls where too thin and I was woken up every time someone got out of the elevator, or walked down the hallway.
All in all, for the price I paid it was quite comfortable. However I would recommend you spend the extra money for the bigger room if there is more than one person staying.
We were pleased about this hotel. Good location, close to Jalan Ayor and other restaurants.
Room cleaniess: need to improve.
Facility: room size is good but facility is aged.
But overall we are satisfied with the hotel with a reasonalble price.
No room free wifi provied (2nd to10th floor). Bot having a wifi in the room was very inconvenient.

Great hotel, staff, service, location. Wed night and sat night noise is terrible- dont stay on these nights unless you want to join the party or want a free noise massage. Rating bought down by noise which would drop to a 1 on club nights.
We stayed at the Anggun for 4 nights in early September before travelling on to Singapore and Bali. We were so pleased with our experience that we plan to return for 2 more nights before returning to the UK.
Had a great stay at this hotel, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, has fridge for drinks & snacks, toilet was good, has a hair drier.
Would be great if the had a restaurant for breakfast or snacks, but because its situated in bukit bintang, you can just walk outside & find indian & middle eastern foods. walk around the area & you will find jalan alor their food streed, & bit further are some pubs where there is live bands to end the night.
About 5-10 minute walk from berjaya time sqaure & Imbi LRT.
Overall, had an awesome stay , would surely return & definitely recommended.
