Есть кухня, стиралка, плита, микроволновка, и даже стиральный порошок. Переехал из соседнего гораздо более престижного Swiss Garden, и не прогадал. Здесь квартиры лучше, сервис есть, полноценные спальни а не закутки без окон и дверей. Единственный минус это бассейн. В него иногда бросают что-то из окон и он на северной стороне. Солнце только после обеда. Ну и железная дорога под боком.
