Booked the single room but got an upgrade for the standard room which was super comfortable. Had three friends over and it didn't feel cramped at all. The staff are also very nice and hospitable. It's also super close to the Bukit Bintang MRT station which makes travelling so easy. And not what we expected from the fotos. There was hardly any room to move in the bathroom or set out toiletries which made it inconvenient. In addition, the bathroom was not kept clean very well and we had a very slow shower drain which caused the water to overflow all over the floor. The shower cubicle walls were mouldy and dirty and when we asked for this to be addressed and to be provided with two extra towels ... it was not and it made the whole experience quite yucky!!! There is an all night club nearby and unfortunately the room was not well sound insulated, which meant we were constantly woken up during the night. Shame ... with a little extra effort on representing the hotel room more realistically and in room service/cleanliness we could have had a far better stay and given a better review.
