The Robertson was a great place to stay. The two bedroom suite was large and spacious. The view we had on floor 43a was amazing, especially at night. It was very convenient having the food stalls and stores just outside the residences. Easy to walk to Jalan Alor for food. I would stay here again.

the bedroom is nice, the coordination and navigation is easy. self check in and out is easy as well. downside is the cleaning service quality, they kinda hide used towels and unwashed dishes in the cabinets and wardrobe, open up at your own risk

Fantastic location of the apartment near 24 hr convenience stores and supermarkets, heaps of restaurants and shopping near by. The apartment was of good size, comfy beds, good airconditioning, wifi, full size fridge/freezer, hot plate, toaster lots of hot water in good size showers . The only negatives I would say were the cutlery and crockery has food from previous customers on them and there was a constant smell of sewerage coming from a drain that would come and go

Early morning around 5:30am the church will rang the bell non stop for half an hours. The room bedsheets and pillowcases is smelly and unwashed. Lack of useful Utensils. No plate provided.

호텔패스 실망이네요.

체크인 시 룸키가 넣어져 있던 락카의 비번을 눌러도 열리지 않아 컨택하니, 갑자기 룸이 바뀌어 있었다. 변경된 룸은 사이즈는 같지만, 내가 본 이미지가 아니었고, 구스 이불도 제공되지 않고, 청결 상태, 전자제품, 기타 물품 등 그다지 좋지 않았다. 무엇보다, 에어비앤비보다 훨씬 비싼 금액으로 예약하였는데 호텔패스를 믿고 호텔패스의 특별한 서비스가 있을 거라는 생각으로 한 것인데, 사기 당한 기분이었다. 내가 예약한 이후 해당룸은 내려진 것으로 보아, 아마도 단가의 차이를 발견하고 내린 것은 아닌지 호텔패스에 대하여 매우 실망한 여행이었다.

日本人向けに記載します。 予約する前に注意として、以下参照ください。 1 通常のアパートをレンタルする感じなのでフロントなどがありません。現地でローカルの管理人とコミニケーションを取るためのツール(スマホなど)とスキル(会話)が必要です。 2 鍵は指定のロッカーに入っており、それを電話の指示に従い受け取ります。全て電話です。 3 部屋は綺麗ですが、通常のホテルにあるようなアメニティはありません。(ティッシュやミネラルウォーター、ナイトウェアなど) 4 朝食はホテルを出て、早朝営業のローカルのレストランで食べますが、味はともかく、直接支払うと値段は5リンギット(150円)です。直接レストランに行って、食べるなどした方が安上がりです。 以上、何も知らずに泊まると結構大変です。
