"quite a walk from the transport hub, and suffers from the expensive parking that is bristol airport. Very convienient for an early flight, but priced for that convienience"

"The hotel itself was in a nice location and nice interiors. The staff suggested to pay for on street parking and no offer was made for permit or to park in the hotel parking. We included to have dinner in the restaurant, which is where my disappointment started. They didn’t have two choices of wine we chose and then the wine we did have didn’t arrive to the table until after the starters had arrived. Main course food came at different times and had to ask for cutlery. Got asked if we would like to see dessert menu and after waiting 15min had to get up and ask for the menus. I wouldn’t mind so much but it was even busy. As it was our wedding anniversary I wanted to stay somewhere that gave us a good memory but unfortunately the memory is only disappointment."

"Request on Expedia form for early arrival was not communicated. Bathroom was not clean, loo unflushed. Wi fi was not given on arrival Phone contact to reception was not clear on the room phone When we dialled zero no one answered despite several attempts But A comfortable bed and sheets and handy phone charging Reception helpful "

"Room wasn’t up to standard would expect, on having a bath all of a sudden the water was brown and scummy and a floating brown piece of something turned out to be rust and dirt from the plug/drain reported to reception told Oo sorry , no offer to have it looked at or moved room"

"Room dirty carpet badly stained and in need of a good hoover. Windows so dirty unable to see out. "

"Good location, comfortable rooms and beds. Has a games room. Breakfast was okay. "
