"Clean room. Lovely grounds. Lovely spa. Quite pricey drinks at the bar. Restaurant food was good but some staff somewhat clueless. Breakfast was lovely although we were there the weekend of a wedding and the wedding guests were quite disruptive and perhaps should be kept in a separate area."

"Lovely property although a little noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open, but stuffy if you don’t. Mattress quite hard. Other than that, nice stay, nice breakfast (good gf options) and comfortable walk to Harbour area for lots eating options."

"Great location. Short walk from Temple meads train station, Wetherspoons, Sainsbury's and coffee shops. Easy check in. Hotel has a bar and restaurant. Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable."

"We were really happy with the staff as they bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable and as disabled people they put us in a ground location. The food we had was really nice and piping hot and we were close to amenities"
