"Try get a Seaview room as if your facing the town it's very noisy. Also mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Decor needs refreshing and a larger TV, something bigger than a shoe box"

"I did not stay there and was unable to change or cancel reservation. I had no luck getting ahold of Expedia, the property staff were kind but could not help me change the date without Expedia?!? I lost all the money and tried am very frustrated! I use Expedia a lot and this was a terrible experience! I hope Expedia reaches out to me to correct this Sure the property was lovely but Expedia really dropped the ball and I paid the price for nothing : ( "

"I stayed at DoubleTree with the main intention of relaxing and using the spa. Unfortunately, as I didn’t book spa treatments in advance, I wasn’t able to have the full experience I had hoped for. That said, the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all excellent, and the spa staff were very supportive and welcoming. Across the entire hotel, including the restaurant, the staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely made me feel welcomed. The level of service was both fulfilling and pleasantly surprising. Overall, a very positive experience, especially thanks to the people working there."
