Still and sparkling water in reception free of charge is a lovely touch. Pool facilities excellent and warm. Pool charging area fab. Lovely staff. We had a lovely time and hope to return. "

"The taxi and Uber pick up are out front and that was convenient. Upper floor was warm. Stay on lower floors. But fancy and regal and old fashioned. You can walk out the back door to the train station literally. Way Handy!"
