"We had a wonderful stay. Delicious breakfast made to order: waffles, pho, banh mi, and many more choices. Hotel staff are warm, welcoming and made our stay memorable, happy, and safe. Our bellhop, Vipor, went above and beyond jumping on his motorcycle to bring my purse for repair. We were even escorted across the street to our tour bus. We will definitely come back and stay at Hotel Du Lac."

"The room is really good. I've stayed 1705,1706,1707\. All was good, but I'm afraid that someone who've used 1707 have dart the livingroom's floor and it's still left. And we also need detargent and sponge. Also, freestanding laundry hanger is useful when we stay longer. Otherwise, I think this hotel is really good in many aspects. All sataffs are really good, too. Also, please think about add bun to restrant ^^."

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "
