Great welcoming, super helpful at the front counter anywhere at the hotel, this was my first trip in Asia I am thrilled by service would come here and stay at the same hotel again for sure You feel like King at the room with all the luxury coper bathtub everything in gold! Just impressive

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Dolce by Wyndham and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel welcome with a personalized message in our room, which was a thoughtful and warm gesture. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around and finding dining options very easy. We also enjoyed the lake view. Although the lake is relatively small, it still provides a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion we have for the management would be to offer more vegetarian food options, as the current selection is somewhat limited. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Dolce by Wyndham to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

The hotel was beautifully furnished especially the grandeur looking gold toilet fittings. The lake view from the bed was great and relaxing. Service from counter staff and concierge was excellent and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a vast and delightful spread

Amazing room, lovely view, pool is so nice and view is amazing from pool. Breakfast was lovely, great vegetarian options. Only 1 problem I had, under the bed had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and bottles/wrappers from previous guests. Everything else was absolutely spotless

Was in a two room suite for more than 5 days. It’s on the expensive side (using Vietnamese standards) For that, you get slightly more space than the cramped guest rooms in smelly Old Quater hotels. But visiting tourist attractions takes a slightly more time and negligible Grab ride cost. So budget your time accordingly. Inside room amenities are all there but quite old.(my shower head had about 1/2 of water nozzles blocked by years of mineral and calcium build up). Hallways had old dingy carpeting and had bit of an odor. Restaurant food didn’t look appetizing. (Much better food options outside). Service when requested was prompt and genuine.

The staff were helpful but not very friendly, and were not interested in the visitors at all. the lobby on each floor smelt like cigarette smoke. The room was great and everything worked well, but in the long run, staff interaction makes and breaks a visit and Dolce was lacking in that area.

Golden Hotel

I was curious about the novelty of the golden rooms, so I checked in for 2 nights. Although it's a pretty hotel, I found it a little outdated. For the price I found it to be too expensive in comparison to other hotels for same price like Lotte Hotel nearby. My room was interesting with golden fixtures and an usually big bed that was very comfortable. Upon arriving I noticed that the tv was not working and took a full day to be fixed and the AC pointed exactly to the bed which made me get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. The location is not the most convenient, but it's surrounded by some interesting cafes and restaurants. I didn't try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel for I didn't find it appealing. But if you like the opulence of gold, you will find your stay here comfortable and luxurious.

Wow after leaving the inter con this property was a massive disappointment. Maybe I was just spoiled from the attention to detail, amazing staff amenities and good food at intercon but this paled in comparison (even tho literally everything is tacky and gold) you would never know this was an international hotel because very few of the staff have any grasp of English making it extremely hard to order or communicate. The breakfast buffet was huge but terrible, the room service was awful. I ended up going to circle k and living off snacks due to the poor quality and difficulty in ordering. Housekeeping was random and they never replaced the snacks and food unless I asked. The gym is ok but half the cardio equipment was broken and I was unable to use it. I really would recommend not staying here

Oh what a disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT come back here.. They have ZERO understanding of what Hospitality means or what it takes to be in the hospitality industry Positives: - Booked this hotel primarily because of a water view… - the rooms are decent but not worth the colossal price being charged for them - the view from the room was good, of the lake opposite - The bell boys and the guards are very kind and helpful Negatives: - My shower door got stuck and i could not even open the shower door. Couldn’t reach the phone and was afraid that i’d break the door if i pushed too hard. Took me a good half hour to somehow finagle myself little by little. - The worst part was that when i went to the reception and told them about what happened and that they need to get this fixed before someone else has the same experience, the person at the reception, her name was ‘Tu Le’.. she started laughing and mocking me. No apologies were given, not a single sorry from them.. was just made fun of… maybe it’s a language barrier but this hasn’t happened in any of my travels - Everything at the hotel is overpriced. Just walk a little but around and there are lots of places to eat, coffee, ATM and convenience stores - You get 2 small little packets of powdered milk, maybe a few teabags and coffee and that is IT ! Good luck trying to make a decent cup of coffee or tea in the room - The rim of the toilet water hasn’t been cleaned in AGES from the looks of it
