This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia! Staff is outstanding and rooms are modern and spacious. The food is also very good. Spend a few extra dollars for an executive room, the lounge you get access to is well worth the price difference.

The check in is fast. This is the 2nd stay since 2006. The surrounding is getting more restaurants compare to last time. There is a western restaurant just beside the hotel. However I find that the food at Tiffin is better. Room is average, cleanliness can be improved. Air conditioner work well. The shower is strong enough for a good bath. Didn’t take the breakfast as there are a lot of Chinese crowd. Travel to old quarter is easy, just call a grab. Will definitely come back to stay.

Great place to be. I was only disappointed when calling the room service while toilet didn't flush. After 5min the housekeeping arrived. He left after 3min stating "all ok" . Potty he didn't fix the problem. I checked out the next day and hope it will be solved

Decent hotel. Only thing is, a big topic for me, there isn't anything going on around the hotel. No bars, no restaurants options, etc. It's an oxymoron situation. The hotel has a casino, a night club, 25m swimming pool, nice health club and a full service spa and massage salon. But you wont want to stay at the hotel, because there is no action of sorts on and around the location...
