Special thanks to Mr Gener Pangan, the hotel's OM, whom have taken the extra mile in assisting me and also listening to my requests. This is the 2nd stay since 2006\. The surrounding is getting more restaurants compare to last time. There is a western restaurant just beside the hotel. However I find that the food at Tiffin is better. Room is average, cleanliness can be improved. Air conditioner work well. The shower is strong enough for a good bath. Didn’t take the breakfast as there are a lot of Chinese crowd. Travel to old quarter is easy, just call a grab.
