The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice. The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm.
