By far the most clean place that I’ve ever stayed in Hanoi. Spacious area, staff’s professional service, and lot of things to check out near by. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi. However, I felt bad for the staffs at the reception area. Currently, the residence is going through a renovation so they are temporarily using the first floor as the reception (originally the reception is on the 38th floor).
