"Please stay here! Sulli and the other members of staff were incredible! They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond with our stay even making us a map to help us navigate Hanoi. For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected! "

"this is now one of my favorite hotels ever. Staff here was wonderful and we loved the package we bought...with club access and a dinner included. The spa was also good. The only thing I might give less than excellent marks on is the Wi-Fi. It worked, but not the greatest ever."

The team here is attentive without being intrusive, and it’s clear that they take pride in making each guest’s experience personal and memorable. They helped arrange transportation, gave me insider tips for exploring the Old Quarter, and even checked in to make sure everything in my room was perfect. Hanoi is already a beautiful and vibrant city, but staying here elevated my trip to another level. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the service here is among the best I’ve ever experienced—kind, professional, and heartfelt. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "

"I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi"
