Nothing was mentioned about cash payment when booking the room - we paid by card and were charged 5% on top (not the hotel's fault but they should make it clear on the website). "Excellent value for the price. My room was more of an apartment unit than a typical hotel room, with a full kitchen, stand-up, fridge, sofa and large tv. Cau Giay is not the most central neighborhood, but it was nice to get out of the touristy zone. Staff was polite."
