Occasionally, the drainpipe emitted an unpleasant smell, and the pottery bottles for the shampoo and body soap were difficult to manage when wet during a shower. They became slippery and tricky to handle, and from a hygiene perspective, they didn’t seem ideal. It was frustrating. They never answered the phone when I tried calling ahead of my stay, communication was very poorly. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful on top of that. They attempt to charge me an additional $17 USD/ 445k DONG per night for my girlfriend to stay a few nights with me which I felt it was unreasonable giving the length of my stay which it was two weeks overall this was not a pleasant experience. STAY CLEAR. Since day one we reported this and they said they would come clean and spray repellent. Yet each day we found new ones we would kill. My grandmother was so scared we started sleeping with some lights on. This hotel “surface cleans” right away we noticed dust on shelves and the tub did not appear clear. We expressed our frustration and asked for a partial refund and they said no. Only offering a lunch voucher which we declined so they offered a free ride to the airport which we took. I informed hotels and they tried their best to level with the property but overall they did not care.
