I really liked this hotel. It was in a perfect area close to many tourist areas. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was always nice. They set up car service to and from the airport for me. I would recommend.

My first time visit Hanoi. Great location right near St. Joseph’s Cathedral! The neighborhood is safe, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Andrea, she was so kind, friendly, and spoke fluent English! Also, the male staff speaks a bit of Japanese, so Japanese travelers can feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location. It’s on a busy street but our room faced an inner opening so there was little noise from the street. That said there was no natural light or view but it was a reasonable trade off for a quiet sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, and good coffee and more.

The room was quite functional but didn’t look like the pictures. Still it was clean and quite roomy and the hotel is in a great location to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, with enough choices for a good start to the day. It was a good value, well located choice for our first visit to Hanoi.

Our stay here was great for the two of us. The room was clean, spacious .. the location was fantastic! The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had great choices. We booked a room with city views and a balcony - this was really not what we expected and the only let down. The place needs a bit of maintenance but has a lift and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay.
