The owner who visited from Feb. 29 to Mar. 3 was very kind. The owner waited for me until late. And the cleaner cleaned every day. And he replaced the clean towel. Ho Chi Minh always paid, but there was no such thing. Thanks to the very kind owner, I could travel more easily and enjoy my trip. He also checked my stuff again. If I visit Hanoi, I will make a reservation again here. For your information, I am Korean. I wrote in English so that the owner can recognize my writing.

Bathroom area drainage wasn't good as it got flooded each time I bathed. Owner wasn't really responsive and made multiple changes to the apartment I was supposed to stay. Right from the beginning, I have requested for the owner to share exact photos of the apartment one month before my stay. A week before my stay, I asked for the exact address and was given the info but this was again changed the day before my stay again. I have indicated to the owner that cleaning will not be required for that week which the owner did acknowledged however cleaning was still done. Communication has to be improved.

하필 비오는 저녁에 도착해서 엄청 고생했어요. 보통의 숙소처럼 안내데스크가 없어서 불편했네요.메일로 메세지 보낸것을 확인 못한 잘못이긴합니다.그리고 긴기간 숙박이 아니고 그지역에 볼일이없다면 이용하지 않으시는것이 좋겠습니다. 여행하기에는 교통이 너무 불편해서 비추입니다

基本的には十分満足！

下記色々書きまいしたが、基本的にはとても良かったです。また使わせてください。 洗濯機は長期滞在だったのでたくさん使わせてもらいました。キッチン・冷蔵庫も自炊のため使わせてもらいました。とても良かったです。ウォーターサーバーも使えて良かったです。 ベットメイク・床の掃除・洗面室の掃除・キッチンの掃除・キッチンの生ゴミ含めた掃除、毎日ありがとうございました！ 初日に、大量の濡れた洗濯物が洗濯機のあるベランダに干してあったり、トイレが水漏れしていたりしたが、それをチャットで伝えると、すぐに対応してくれた。最初は面食らったが、素早い対応をしてくれたのは、とても安心できた。食器・箸・炊飯器・冷蔵庫類は、一部汚れていたので、洗ってから使った。人が入れ替わるときは、そのへんも一度全部掃除してもらえると嬉しい。たまに洗濯機に洗い終わったバスタオルなどが放置されていた。別に気がつけば、自分で干してもいいが、そういうお願い事がどこかに記載されてくれると親切だと思う。初日の大量の洗濯物も、予め言っておいてもらえると、気持ち的にも対処できるので、嬉しい。 毎日掃除してもらえました。休日に部屋にいる際に、掃除に入るためにインターフォンを鳴らされるので、できれば、「Don't disturb」的な合図があるとうれしい。 ガラスのコップがあったが、マグカップがなく、熱湯を入れて大丈夫かわからなかったので、陶器の茶碗を使っていた。マグカップをおいてくれると嬉しかったかも。 ベット横の小さなデスクの椅子は、座面にボルトが浮き出ていて、避けて座らないと行けなかった。たまに部屋で仕事をしないと行けなかったので、煩わしかった。できれば、普通の椅子に変えてほしい。 壁の絵などがなく、写真との違いが大きく、面食らった。機能的には問題なし。

매 출장마다 이용하는 호텔로, 위치와 편의 시설 덕분에 특히 한국인에게 다양한 목적의 체류에 특히 적합한 곳입니다. 공항에서 차로 약 30분 거리이며, 호텔 바로 맞은편에 다양한 한국 식당과 상점들이 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 특징 및 장점 객실 내에는 취사도구, 세탁기, 다리미가 구비되어 있어 단체 골프 여행, 가족 단위 여행, 중장기 출장자에게 매우 유용합니다. 에어비앤비 방식으로 운영되기 때문에 별도의 프런트 데스크는 없으며, 체크인 전날이나 당일에 방 번호와 키 수령 방법을 안내받습니다. 체크아웃 시에는 키를 식탁 위에 두고 나가면 되며, 출입 시간과 동행인의 출입도 자유로운 편입니다. 호스트와의 소통은 전화보다는 카카오톡이나 Zalo와 같은 SNS를 통해 이루어지며, 응답이 빠르고 친절한 편입니다. 청결도는 개인적으로 중상 수준이라 생각됩니다. 주변 환경 및 편의시설 호텔은 Skylake S1~S3 건물 중 하나로 랜덤 배정되며, 각 동 로비 입구에 한국 슈퍼마켓이 있어 편리하고 카드 결제도 가능합니다. 주상복합 건물 내에 스타벅스, CGV, 두끼 떡볶이 등 익숙한 브랜드가 자리하고 있어 한국인에게 친숙한 환경입니다. 또한, 도로를 건너면 한국 식당, 마사지 샵, 의류 상점, 은행, 편의점, 콩까페, 로컬 음식점 등이 밀집해 있으며 한국어로도 거의 소통이 가능합니다. 다만 하노이의 교통 체증으로 인해 호안끼엠이나 서호 같은 시내 주요 관광지로 이동할 때는 시간이 걸리는 편입니다. 또한, 그랩으로 5~10분 거리에는 Big C, Vincom Plaza와 같은 대형 쇼핑센터가 있어 귀국 선물을 구입하기에도 편리합니다. 출장, 장기 체류 및 여행 등에게 필요한 요소를 잘 갖춘 호텔로, 저와 제 동료들의 만족도는 높은 호텔이었습니다.
