The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing. . The front desk helpers, went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience in Hanoi and the Old Quarter by their food and massage recommendations, and arranged for transportation to/from the airport and Halong Bay. The breakfast was plentiful with both Western and Vietnamese options, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
