"Honestly, the staff were phenomenal, my room was neat, clean, spacious and tastefully designed. I appreciate the staff going over and above the norm to help and guide me (and from what I observed, each guest). They remember you by name and offer intelligent suggestions to make your stay in Hanoi easy. I dont want to name one staff because every single one of them really made me feel welcome. Truly a 10/10 experience"

"The room was great. Clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and kind, and were able to assist with anything we needed. In general the hotel amenities like laundry and spa are more expensive than what you can find around Hanoi, so we chose to go elsewhere. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of my wife’s celiac disease when we had breakfast there, even cooking her fresh food with clean pans so there was no chance of cross contamination. The location is excellent for exploring Hanoi. It’s close to train street and the old quarter, and within walking distance of a few of the museums that you’d want to go to on a first time visit of the city."

"Everything great with such low price but the Vietnamese young receptionist rude and ignorance. Disrespect some guests who he dislike just because the manager assign me at the same tre room with him. He slapped the door roughly and turn on his cell phone video very out loud to bother his roommate— me."
