The room was big with lots of amenities, and the staff, while not overly involved, was reachable to answer any questions we had, and they even called a taxi for us to the airport at the ned of our stay. The hotel is located not too far from the Old Quarter, so lots of opportunities for food and shopping. It is next door to the Ministry for Defence which was a little unnerving but we got used to it after a day or two! It's adjacent to a government ministry so there is security 24 hours nearby. Accueil agréable, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, eau tiède pour se doucher, mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant vu la chaleur à Hanoï ! Hôtel très bien tenu, très propre, une femme très gentille étend votre linge avant même que vous ne le fassiez ! L’ascenseur est apreciable. La rue est calme et vous n’entendez pas les Klaxons la nuit.
