We had an amazing time staying at the Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to create a positive experience for guests. The restaurant, skybar and spa were great as well. The hotel is very centrally located, a short walk away from many attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hanoi!

Very helpful staff. We could sit down and drink tea for the check-in. They allowed early check-in for a few of the rooms in our group. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the spa had reasonable prices and very good massage therapists.

We had a lovely 3 night stay here with our young baby. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough. They went above and beyond every time, each and everyone of them. The hotel has beautiful decor and a great location right near train street and easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The best part is this hotel is so quiet, you cannot hear any noise from the bustling street. The spa is also amazing, my husband and I had a massage each and the masseuses were so experienced with amazing technique. Loved this hotel.

Great stay at this hotel. Room was excellent, restaurant was top notch with very good breakfast. Location was good with easy walk to train street, shopping, etc. Staff at this hotel is best I've encountered in a long time. Absolutely amazing service. Not just smiling faces but they genuinely care and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They have a great concierge and I highly recommend you talk to them about tours, cruises, etc while planning your trip. They are honest and sincere about helping you enjoy your holiday the best.
