"Originally, our stay didn't start well, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, a big clump of hair in the shower! After speaking to a woman on reception ( 3 times) we finally spoke to the manager of the hotel, who was polite, helpful & gorgeous! He kindly upgraded us to a 1 bed suite, it was a perfect experience after the initial hiccup. Will definitely stay here again when visiting london. Beautiful room, close to the Savoy theatre, i cannot praise the helpful manager enough. We enjoyed a swim on our departure day, great little pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 5 stars!"

"7-10 min from Waterloo Station. Relatively easy to find. Beautiful hotel, luxurious room. Coffee and tea available in room, spacious bathroom. Excellent service especially when our kettle in room did not work. Would stay again "
