"Friendly staff, clean areas even for kids to play around"

"The room, location, and stay in general were 10/10. The staff, however, wasn’t very helpful when we asked for help with a taxi service to the Airport very early in the morning. We asked for a taxi (which is less expensive than a black SUV) and confirmed the service the night before. When the car arrived, it was a black SUV, I asked again stating it was a regular taxi and they confirmed pricing with me which was the main difference to us. We did not have time to request another service and ended up using it but it was definitely not the initial pricing we received, plus there was a 10% charge for credit card payment and ended up being more expensive than the regular taxi service."

"Staff was helpful and assisted with early check-in. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent location near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, Times Square. Subway stations were very nearby and easy to navigate. Loved our stay at the Westin and NYC!"

"Staff was very gracious upon arrival. If you are going to spend time in your hotel room, this is not for you. But if you’re planning to be out and about all day, Pod 51 is perfect. The little cafe is great if you need a quick bite and coffee. Shared bathrooms are clean but get a private room if you’re at all squeamish about wearing shower shoes when showering. Bottom line, this is a great, clean, energetic place but not luxurious."
