"Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back "

"The hotel is quite dated which adds a lot of character to the property. The general areas are relatively clean but the room we were booked in has seen better days. There were some cobwebs near the windows and the floor was a bit dusty. We arrived almost midnight and quite tired so didn’t really do a complete check of the room. "Lovely old building, renovated to high standard. Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean. Beamish Museum just 5 mins drive from Beamish Hall hotel. Well worth the stay and visit to the museum. "

"Great stay however someone had parked in the space outside our patio so couldn’t use this space for our own stuff. They were noisy when returning to their car at 10pm waking up my son. Maybe could number the spaces for the rooms "

"Very quick and friendly check in. Very large room and all expected ammenities. Although there are a few areas which are showing a need to update overall experience was excellent. Bar and staff friendly and would highly recommend the stay. "
