"It is a beautiful building in a historic city. Just like other cities with long history, the wheelchair accessibility can do better. Our room was upgraded. There are 7 steps of stairs from the lift. Just a bit inconvenient for us to carry luggages. It is a beautiful room in a beautiful building at the best location."

"We have been going here for many years , it is always excellent. The breakfast seems less varied than it used to be but is still excellent. The room was very good overall but was incredibly warm at night, too warm to sleep easily - could really do with some sort of air conditioning as it was really hard to sleep even with the windows open. The staff are really good though, and overall the hotel is really nice. We arrived late just as the restaurant was shutting but we did have a bar meal instead. The views from the sea view rooms are stunning. "
