"Room very hot with radiator on but wasn't needed. Struggled to get it cooled down. Room otherwise okay but was a bit dated.. Would visit again but not in the summer!! "

"First impressions were spoilt be the pot holes in the driveway leading to the car park and the reception area just being a computer situated on the end of the bar. Room was clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Considering the price paid, overall I would give the hotel a score of 7 out of 10"

"Lovely bank holiday weekend stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable although hot could not open a window. We booked and went to the roof top terrace, Above great views looking out over Newcastle. Breakfast was great on the Sunday cooked to order but the Monday self service. A great place to stay when visiting Newcastle. Go for a lower floor if you are a light sleeper as music on in the terrace bar until 1.00. "
