"Great experience, spacious room, most facility are at the asagna's Phuket which you need to take a shuttle to get there, but if you are going with your extended family, the villa would be a good choice. Kids are happy with having swimming pool attached to the villa, the playroom is not a huge one but it's right next to the restaurant, if you have kids you will know how helpful that can be for you to start your day. I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. This was the best hotel we have stayed in. It was luxurious. It has a lovely stretch of beach which gets cleaned every day. The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant is the best and reasonable price. The Italian is expensive and has a very limited menu. The breakfast is amazing but too expensive £25 each for buffet which is unacceptable. The pool is brilliant and you can go on a long treck in the pool to a waterfall. Chairs are easily available with wonderful views...
