Highly recommend this resort. Lovely staff, super accommodating. Food was yummy and the resort in general was clean and well maintained. Some of the restaurants were on the more expensive side but that was expected. There’s a free shuttle if you’re also interested in visiting the local markets.

Excellent resort, food was amazing with 8 restaurants and catered well for food allergies (gluten free). Very clean inside and out with friendly service. Pool access room was great for relaxing and there were plenty of activities for rainy days as well. Would definitely stay again.

Dream Family Stay

This place is a dream. We’ve travelled a lot and this was the best place I have stayed in. The food is better than any other resort I’ve stayed in. Service was sensational. Pool access rooms were perfect for the family. After the first day staff were calling my son by his name and greeting him all over the hotel. Such a special piece of paradise.

Excellent beach, lovely hotel facilities, various dining options. Staff is very friendly, although restaurant staff need some proper training. Overall we had really relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. Would recommend Khao Lak beach and JW Marriott to everyone who is looking for a family friendly holiday destination.

The service was 5 star. We loved our pool access room. The kids could happily swim while we could sit and watch. A good range of restaurants with delicious food. Olive restaurant was our favourite. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

Relaxing and quiet beachfront in a beautiful setti

Lovely resort with spacious rooms and large balconies. Plenty of pool options for swimming in this very large resort. Grounds were very well kept. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. A very relaxing and comfortable stay with the option of dining at local restaurants on either side of the resort boundaries.

I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. Also, the pop welcomed us very warmly in the lobby when we arrived. It moved our luggage safely, and we met again when we accidentally asked for a buggy to go to the Olive Restaurant. It felt great to remember us at this time. And when we left, they watched us through the whole process while waiting for the taxi in the lobby after checking-out and even accompanied us with a safe ride in the taxi. Everything about Jw marriott was great, but especially thanks to the smile of all the staff, the comfortable wrap and decap, and especially the more memorable pop, I'm heading home with a good impression of Thailand. I'm currently preparing to leave Phuket Airport, and I'd really appreciate it if you could compliment both of them.

Fabulous!!!

If there's a title for the perfect resort, then this hotel should get it! Absolutely fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and are sorry we couldn't stay any longer. The service, staff, endless pools, food are simply amazing.
