As alway the staff in Thailand are always friendly and helpful, this hotel is amazing value for money,my apartment overlooked the swimming pool which is very clean and a very good size,plenty of sun loungers,the room was very clean, plenty of hot water ,shampoo and shower gel, not stupid little bottles, not the best bed for me but everyone is different, breakfast was really nice,plenty on offer,nice coffee,I would definitely visit again if I were staying in this town,thanks to all the staff for making it a very happy visit.

Absolutely amazing stay!!

First time to Khao Lak and the hotel was amazing!! Staff were always on hand, always attentive to everything and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will def return again!! Khop khun krub!!

아기자기하고 가족 여행하기 딱 좋았어요! 바다가 생각보다 조금 떨어져 있어서 바다 보고 싶은게 목적이면 바다 앞이 있는 숙소로 잡는거 추천해요. 장소며 분위기며 다 너무 좋은데 딱 하나 별로였던건 방 청소를 해줄때 조금 대충 닦는 느낌이 드네요. 그래도 스태프 분들이며 다들 너무 친철하고 잘해주셔서 좋았습니다! 아침도 매일 메뉴가 바꿔서 심심치 않게 먹었습니다. 과일도 많고요.

Perfect for relaxing

Stay only 2nts. Everything you need its no problem asking for a mattress topper was easy. Staff are lovely and restaurant has Italian meals for dinner. Close to the street for shopping.

Beautiful gardens with two pools

We choose the villa again this year. But room 8504 seemed to have a lot of mosquitoes on the balcony. Lucky thai spray works. I requested a topper for my bed which arrived promptly. Large walk-in shower in fact the whole bathroom was large. Mini fridge,two bottles of water a day,tea,coffee and creamer. TV Air-con fixed. Block out cutians would help as there are fairy lights around the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was so so. A very short walk to the street where there are lots of restaurants, 2 711, and two supermarkets. The staff are always happy and very helpful.
