What a fabulous hotel! Staff are so helpful and polite, rooms are clean and spacious. Easy to get to by train from the airport in 30 minutes. With the traffic, a car will take much longer and be more expensive (train is £1 per trip!). Will book this hotel again next time we come to Bangkok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is top notch. I doubt there is a better breakfast in Bangkok. The rooftop pool is amazing. The hotel kept our luggage secure after check out and let us shower after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and kind. The room and hotel had excellent amenities. If I ever return to Bangkok I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Excellent property, exceptionally clean and the staff and food was also exceptional. The only complaint is that there are windows in the buffet dining room that face a "slum" looking area with a TON of trash/garbage and a pond that looks like it contains slimy sewage water, to eat your meal while looking at that was disgusting and made me lose my appetite, we asked to be moved and was moved immediately.

I had wanted to stay at this hotel from the time I used to live in Bangkok and finally got the chance on my return visit. Room was spacious, a surprisingly good view, the pools were big and were cool even in the Thai heat. It is a great location connected to the BTS and the Airport Link. Easy to get anywhere you need. I only had one meal at the hotel and it was quite nice. The staff were friendly, chatty and happy giving a good vibe. Highly recommended if you need somewhere to stay close enough to the hustle and bustle but just far enough away.

This is an outstanding property for the price. It feels new and is conveniently located on the airport link line which is the easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport. It has two pools with incredible views and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

Absolutely incredible. Phenomenal property. We loved the direct train link from the airport immediately into the hotel. Yes. Immediately at the hotel (exit 1). Also, directly on a subway line. There is nothing in the direct neighbourhood, but it puts you in a central location to explore.
