(147 reviews) The part of only giving you one key is no good because when you take your card out of the holder it shuts down all the power and my beer gets warm in the fridge. Plus it’s warm when you get back to your room. I get it trying to save power but in the end you are probably not trying to cool everything down. The breakfast for 350 baht is a joke. One little frying pay for a lady cooking omelets or eggs for people is ridiculous and the coffee machine that kinda works but takes 5 minutes to get a 1/4 cup. There is absolutely zero beach and the beds are hard as a rock. That’s my vent. There is no sandy beach front, instead there is an ocean wall where one can relax in a lounger. The WiFi is weak and our cable tv did not work. We asked twice to get it fixed, it was never fixed. Buffet breakfast is average with Thai and North American choices. The public pool area is located near the front entrance, cars can be heard speeding by. The rooms are located down steps and downhill paths. Guests with knee or hip issues might find this difficult to manage. The best part of this hotel were the great staff. All were friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. Sumchai was always available to help.
