I live 20 minutes away from Richmond but decided to have a short escape with the family because Richmond is such as nice place to visit. Good vibe, family friendly, lots of parks, good atmosphere at night especially friday saturday. The hotel is very nice, i travel alot abroad and wish i could get a similar quality for hotels that are usually more expensive and smaller with fewer facilities. Good staff, helpful friendly and clean bedrooms. Highly recommend

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised. If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

Very friendly and approachable personnel. Beautiful looking and clean hotel. Easy to navigate. Great facilities. High quality and great selection of foods and drinks available at breakfast. Lovely, comfy, spacious and well kept rooms. Would definitely use again.

Great location to stay at which is no more than a 10 minute walk to the train station and then 20 mins to Waterloo. Hotel clean and tidy with polite staff throughout our stay.

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Perfect for the next days early morning flight, right next to the tube stop and only one stop to Heathrow's terminal 2/3 and two stops to terminal 5

Great location, decent hotel and price. You can’t go wrong with it. Battersea power station is right next to the hotel and a car park right to the left. Would definitely recommend.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Great hotel! Pleasant stay

This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

This is a great location for walking along the Thames. Hotel is lovely with plenty of space in the suites.

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
