Good stay, pool area good, views are unbelievable! All pool staff friendly and attentive, reception staff bit off to start with and forgot to book us a restaurant reservation and taxi but then made up for that with free bottle of champagne and gifts which was very much appreciated to make up for the mistake. Would definitely recommend staying in this hotel to anyone looking to go to Santorini

We were upgraded to a seaview room which was lovely. Very comfortable, big bed. Pool was great and always managed to get a sunbed, although if you left it later than 9:30am you wouldn't stand a chance.
We were half board and found the food to be OK, but not amazing. Breakfast was really good but dinner was disappointing, repetative options and not very well replenished. The restaurant is very strict on a long trouser policy for men, this is only stated in their hotel info booklet in your room or on the hotels website. As we booked through expedia, we didn't feel the need to check the website directly as we had all the info on the itinerary (or so we thought) at no point do expedia mention this policy. All is would take is a simple sentance under the rules and regulations. The hotel will not budge on this policy (fair enough if its policy) but according to the receptionist and the owner of the shop we had to buy trousers from, this is a reoccurent problem and many people are caught out by it.
If you have the option, and/or are planning to not leave the hotel during your stay, go all inclusive. The drink prices are ridiculously high and you feel like you are being ripped off when you are paying €5.50 for a small glass of wine that is coming from the same communal bottles that is given away to AI guests. Same with the water, no table water offered and its €2.80 if you want water with your dinner. We swiftly went to the local supermarket and bought our own drinks!

The hotel is very close to rhodes old town, that you can easily reach in 8 minutes by car. There is a private beach with free sun beds own by the hotel and 2 beautiful swimming pools. The only thing we didn't like was the food in the various restaurants of the hotel and we are glad we didn't chose the all inclusive.

Excellent hotel! Probably, the best in the Rhodes. We used all included package, and were located in adults only section. Everything was very good, relaxing atmosphere. Super staff in pool bar, thank you, and hope to be back in the future.

We had a great holiday at this hotel. We wanted a quiet relaxing week and pretty much got what we wanted. With a choice of pools and beach, food and drink available and plenty of choices at meal times. A nice touch was that we arrived after the resturant was closed so some rolls were put in the room fridge for us.There were plenty of activities if we wanted them, staff were friendly and helpful and the room and complex was kept clean to a good standard. If I was going to be critical of anything, the room was't what I would call 4 star but was comfortable enough, having said that, we didn't have a seaview room so they might be better and brighter. So overall a good experience and we would certainly return again.

Originally when we arrived we thought what had we let ourselves in for; as it seemed we had arrived at a holiday camp. We had expected it to be more of a hotel. From that point our hearts sank. As the holiday progressed the camp revealled itself to be a wonderful place to either relax and unwind or take a full bunch of kinds on holiday. We had a wonderful time. Jason the rep was a great no nonsence and always cheerful.
On the downsides:
The beds are shocking. Really thin and nasty like trying to sleep on a bag of bricks, if you have a bad back dont go there.
Take plenty of mozzie spray, everybody was being masacred and they really itch
The transfers are a little tricky as the documentation isnt very clear. You need to look for Lords Travel which are on the right. There are usually other holiday reps who will help if you get into trouble at the airport.
On the good side:
This has been a great holiday for us it is a truly beautiful island definitely hire a car for a day or 2 and roam around the island its amazing. Take a boat trip round the island its wonderful.
