The dinner food was not good. We had multiple meals and tried multiple dishes all of which were of bland taste. The property was beautiful but difficult to get to. You need to travel on a long and windy dirt/unpaved and not well marked road to get to the property. Do not travel there at night as there are no guard rails. This makes you have to stay on property for dinner or eat an early dinner at other (much better!) locations. The views were excellent and staff were friendly. I would seriously caution anyone who wants to go here to be absolutely sure of their travel plans. You are unable to cancel or change your reservation once booked. We attempted to change our travel plans over two months ago after booking but the hotel would not help us even after multiple emails. It seems like x2 months notice of a cancellation is enough time. There were not many guests staying at the hotel which makes me think that the hotel is not doing so well.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The reception team were really helpful on anything needed; friendly and warm. We were a little frustrated at the beach area/bar with slower service /needing to chase when busy. But it was fine when not so busy. The breakfast was good overall and our room was excellent - really great housekeeping and a quality service - thank you. I'd recommend hiring a car and seeing the island AND exploring the south of the island by boat - it's a great way to combine relaxing with seeing milos. I had two massages at the hotel and they were excellent. Overall this hotel is good.
