Newly opened a few minor things, staff need to explain things more. That aside it didn't detract from the hotel which is very nice, great location, very relaxing in a busy city.

Clean, tidy organised. Breakfast options could be improved, but over all a very good stay bit steep in the price for what you get.

Beautiful hotel in the best location. Social hour was a great way to try local produce and meet other guests. Pool and gym very good. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Room clean and great AC. Walls are thin and at times could hear next doors TV and hair dryer, it was only short lived so did not need to change rooms, the hotel were amenable to this if needed. Casarre Restaurant is just around the corner and is a must.

Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming. A little escape with the beach on the doorstep, good food, massage, staff are friendly and Rosse at reception is wonderful greeting you on arrival. Nothing is too difficult. The bed was pretty and had plenty of covers, for everyone's layering preference. Breakfast is also good! The bungalows are spacious and have a great outside space to hang, great shower but to remember to heat it for 20 mins. Everything you need is here so you get to relax!

Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would!
