"Room was excellent, bed very comfortable. Unlimited continental breakfast was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying there again when I return to Chester."

My room (double) was very nice but lads in the twins found it quite basic. On-site bar / pub is great to get going - low prices. Value was ok for Grand National weekend but a bit steep otherwise."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues, after the checking into our room we noticed the toilet would not flush, we reported it to reception and nothing was done for our two night stay we were constantly updating reception. We have to go down two floors to go to the toilet. Totally unacceptable."
