"The room was absolutely spotless. The bed and pillows are unreal I would love to know what brand pillows they use. The complimentary coffee in the room was beautiful too. The breakfast buffet the next morning was fabulous with so much choice. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The spa is absolutely stunning. We booked a 2 hr slot and were so relaxed when we left that we stayed in the room and had room service for dinner which was also perfect. Absolutely no issues with this hotel at all."

"The hotel is well placed on the sea-front. The reception could do with an update which may give the wrong impression to the rest of the hotel, but my room on the 4th floor was clean and comfortable with a view over the hills with a good lift to reach upper floors and a free continental breakfast, even if I only had cereal and coffee."

"The hotel is in quite a busy area however, we didn't hear any noise at all. Used as a base while attending Creamfields. Had a little kitchenette which, was really great for keeping the costs down. I would stay again."
