Room clean and comfortable with lovely view of pier and beach. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast really nice, plenty of choice. It was a really hot night and air conditioning wasn’t working, however a small tower fan had been put in room, but didn’t really cool it down! Other than that good stay. "
