"I always enjoy staying here. It's very comfy and safe and the staff are very pleasant. I liked using the spa - recommend arriving early as there are only really two full length swim lanes. The breakfast is lovely - lots of choice and relaxed. It's great that poached eggs are provided without needing to ask (again, get there early). I use the bath, and it's so good to have that option. I'd a little trouble with the hot water and on/off controls (though I worked it out, almost - not without some panic once when water refused to stop flowing.) You'll need to check there are accessibly available products for those not standing in the shower - again, just ask. Also check the hairdryer - if not as powerful as you like, they have others. The Perspex shower door was a real nuisance - I collided with it a few times (unnecessary for bath users but still swinging around). My telephone was also disconnected but I used an outside line."

"The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us."
