An enjoyable nights stay. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

It was brilliant, we stayed for one night and was our first time in Canary Wharf! Me and my husband were worried after reading the reviews, but we went with an open mind anyways and it was amazing. The room was compact and comfortable, lovely views etc. The size of the room doesn’t bother us as we were out most of the time enjoying other facilities within the hotel! I needed somwhere to stay whilst working inthe Marsh Wall area. I could not have got closer. The hosts on La Sorelle were very friendly and welcoming, nice quiet spot

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good. Better than most hotels...

Great location, nice room we had a side view of the docks. The room is a little dated but clean and beds amazing. We had breakfast which was well worth extra money good selection and very tasty.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
