"I was really dissapointed in my stay. I booked this hotel for the spa but this is false advertising there is no spa here any more yet they still clearly advertise spa services. "

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"This would be my 3rd visit at this hotel as with work pressures, I like to escape from home and check into an hotel for the night every now and then! Faheem and Halima were amazing! Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward to my next visit. "

"Tv not connected and therefore unusable; sole living space lamp not working; kitchen under cupboard lights not working; loose flooring in the kitchen; light diffusers missing. 45 minute wait to check in. Do I need to go on…. All issues raised with on site staff. "

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."
