"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. We had to wait an additional hour in order to check in. The restaraunt located at the hotel was not good. The best thing about this location is it is close to alot of options for food as well as easy access to the tube."

"The room itself was nice and comfortable, with good amenities and a pleasant overall setup. However, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There was dust visible in multiple areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly when approached. Unfortunately, despite informing them about the cleanliness concerns, no action was taken to resolve the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of proper cleaning and follow-up from staff significantly affected the experience."
