My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. We decided to go again since it exceeded our expectations last time, and it very much lived up to our expectations again the second time. It is rated three...

Lovely stay at the Crewe Hall hotel. I couldn't fault it one bit, all the staff were very helpful and the room decor was very of a high standard with the older style rooms with the vintage country feel.

Generally a nice place to to stay. The evening meal was excellent, but unfortunately that was not the same for breakfast, most definitely the "worst" full english breakfast i have ever had, dont know how they had the audacity to serve it up!!!
Will not be returning.

I took my wifr here for 3 nights for our wedding anniversary, we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, the whole place had a general feeling of comfort.

An unexpected stay for us as the trains back home were cancelled, so the hotel was a welcome retreat from a stressful situation. The room was beautiful and spacious. Really comfortable Super king sized bed. The breakfast was amazing- despite being very busy with all the stranded travellers, it didn't feel too crowded or rushed.
Will definitely stay again under different circumstances.

Brilliant stay. Grandson loved the bunk bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool area a bonus and it was clean. Beautiful location in a busy city.

I can't praise this hotel highly enough. We went for a one night stay in a junior suite. The hotel photos really don't do justice to how beautiful these rooms are. The room was immaculately clean and all fixtures were of such high quality.
The drench shower in the bathroom was the best shower I have ever had, so much so that I didn't want to get out! The luxury of a bath tub in the bedroom where you can watch TV whilst relaxing was a great experience.
