"A beautiful property! Highly recommend a stay here if you're in Cozumel. I chose to stay at Casa mexicana as i had scuba diving booked with Aldora diving company, the pickup point for diving was just across the road, so very convenient & easy!! The staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Loved the small touches such as welcome drink & refreshing towel on arrival, perfect when it was incredibly hot on arrival. The pool area is gorgeous, with stunning sunsets each evening, plenty of relaxing loungers & seats. Thanks to Expedia VIP, i received a room upgrade to an Ocean view room, what a treat! Spacious, bright & relaxing quiet room, incredible view, the most comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The included breakfast was delicious, plenty of options to suit every taste. The staff at breakfast were very friendly & welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I'll be back! "

"The activities and shows were amazing. And the disco tech was fun when Angel was the DJ. Arby and Angel were ere great and the best bar tender was Rafael. The romantic dinner was delicious and Carlos was an amazing waiter. The couples message was a perfect touch to our anniversary celebration. We will be back. "

"The service staff was soo kind and informative! They really respond when you respect them and their culture. For the most part the resort was nice and clean…the cleaners work very hard. There are flying insects and ants that come in periodically and birds and qwatti that are fun to watch, but don’t FEED them! They are small wild animals. It’s like when people walk up to Elk in Rocky Mountain National Park and want to pet them. Sooo dumb! I would definitely bring my family again. "

"We stayed here a week at the end of April and had a nice relaxing stay. Our room was conveniently located to the restaurants although a pretty good walk to the pool and beach. We loved spending time at the beach. The shows were quite entertaining and we enjoyed spending time in the lobby where it seem there was always something going on like singing or games. We found the bar and restaurant servers to be very friendly and efficient. Make sure to tip the bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff. They all work very hard to provide the guests a good experience. "

"The service is the star of the show. We loved the rooms - every one with a great ocean view and the loft rooms are ideal for staying with kids. Food was great as well as the entertainment. But the service was what really sets the place apart. It’s excellent and friendly. I’d gladly stay here again. "

"The resort was extremely safe, family friendly activities, good dining options with an amazing breakfast buffet. Bottled water is brought daily…however I do recommend bringing your own sunscreen as the gift shop is very pricey. I ran out and had to purchase more in the gift shop and it was approx $43USD. My kids had a wonderful time, pool was great along with ATV rides and snorkeling. Coffee shop has the best coffee."
