The apartment is on the top floor, so an issue if you struggle to climb a couple of flights of stairs. A couple of negatives- the internet is absolutely shocking - please resolve as it’s essentially a utility in this day and age. Also the key safe can be a bit ‘sticky’ so took a few attempts to open.
