Dining was delicious. Location is good. Near trafalgar and embankment. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing that didn’t seem to concern anyone - while it wasn’t critical it was annoying this the reason for four stars vs five "

"Breakfast was good and slightly different everyday. The location is perfect for seeing all the attractions and to the underground if you want to get around that way. I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel! "
