This property felt so homely. After a long day of sight seeing and exploring it was like arrive home to your warm safe cosy second home. The room was always clean and tidy. We never ran out of toilet paper or had any issues with cleanliness. The kids double bunk beds were amazing! Our two boys loved them and would love them back at home now. The place felt secure and safe. The reception staff were always so friendly and helped us on various occasions. We always had tea bags we could collect on...

We loved our stay at the Mimaru Tokyo Ginza East. It was perfect for our family of 5. The apartment had all we needed. It was great to be able to have some meals in the apartment. It was easy to get anywhere in the city. Multiple metro stations nearby. The Ginza shopping area was in walkable distance. Great grocery across the road and convenience stores nearby.
Fantastic find.

This hotel was fine for our family of four with two teenagers. It was convenient as it was on a nice subway line. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coin operated washer and dryers were helpful.

I have stayed in many hotels rooms and this is one of the quietest place that I have stayed despite it is right to a busy road.
Very convenient to get on Ginza Line. It goes to most of places. Opposite the hotel, there is a mall and full of restaurants too.
Overall, I am glad that I chose this hotel and I will come back to stay for my next visit.

I had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo! The hotel's unbeatable location in the heart of Ginza allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service that made me feel truly welcomed. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable, but also beautifully designed with a modern Japanese aesthetic that added a unique touch to my experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can't wait for the opportunity to return. Highly...

We booked last minute when our travel plans changed. Room was a good size but our oldest son found the lower bunk (a sofa bed) slightly too small for him. The hotel is in a quieter area but close to the subway.
Our youngest son unfortunately left his comfort blanket at the hotel. The staff were brilliant - we emailed the hotel to ask if it had been found. Initially they hadn’t found it but when they did, later that same day, they emailed straight away and we arranged to collect it. We cannot...

The customer service was exceptional. The staff could not be any more helpful. They let us check in very early after our overnight flight and lent my daughter a charging plug. Very highly recommend accommodation for a family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived with our toddler (2.5 years) - who the staff made such a fuss of. We stayed on the executive floor which was great to have access to the lounge and breakfast - the views are amazing! We also made use of the lounge for the afternoon tea and cocktails on occasion too. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet - there was a play park nearby. Close to transport links and great options for food nearby - the hotel recommended some excellent take out options...

The room was reasonably clean. We did had to clean the top of the bunk.
Didn't see any staff actually onsite but we were able to contact them via the video com when we needed to speak to them.
Love the fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer combined (dryer actually dry). As the toilet didn't have a drying function (like with some Japanese hotels) it took over 12 hours to dry - can't complain as not many hotel rooms have a washer and dryer.
Kitchen - has a fridge/freezer,...
